Please contact me if you wish to discuss the best plan for your needs. I offer concessionary rates to students and those of low income / means, please ask if this applies to you.

Full Hour Appointments – £95 (this includes additional time planning sessions tailored to you and professional note creation after our session). Most clients require between 3 and 6 appointments, sometimes returning for ‘top up’ sessions, or for additional sessions related to another issue.

Initial 4 week programme for anxiety related issues, depression and trauma (includes Havening) and couples – £350

Initial 6 week programme for anxiety related issues, depression, trauma (includes Havening) and couples – £525

General Relaxation Hypnotherapy recording – free for clients

Bespoke Hypnotherapy recording for current clients – written, designed and professionally recorded with relaxing music, to supplement your sessions – £50

Bespoke Hypnotherapy recording for anyone wanting to work on a specific issue, who are time stretched or not wishing to attend treatment appointments – includes a 45 minute online appointment and the creation of a 30 minute hypnotherapy recording written & designed for you, professionally recorded with music – £200
