Full Hour Appointments – £95 (concession from £70) includes additional time planning tailored sessions and professional note creation afterwards. Most clients require between 3 and 6 appointments, sometimes returning for ‘top up’ sessions, or for additional sessions related to another issue.

Initial 4 week programme for anxiety related issues, depression and trauma (includes Havening) and couples – £350

Initial 6 week programme for anxiety related issues, depression, trauma (includes Havening) and couples – £525

General Relaxation Hypnotherapy recording – free for clients

Bespoke Hypnotherapy recording for clients booking 3 or more sessions – written, designed and professionally recorded with relaxing ‘binaural’ music, to supplement your sessions and progress – £95

Bespoke Hypnotherapy recording for anyone wanting to work on a specific issue, who are time stretched or not wishing to attend treatment appointments – includes a 60 minute online appointment, the creation of a 30-40 minute bespoke hypnotherapy script and audio recording, and a 30 minute followup appt – professionally recorded with relaxing binaural music – £300
